The Three Lions Recall Bukayo Saka But Bellingham, Foden & Jack Grealish Are Omitted
The Arsenal forward has scored a dozen goals in 44 games for England.
England have recalled the Arsenal winger for next week's fixtures versus Latvia and Wales, however no room for Bellingham, Foden or Grealish.
Gunners attacker Bukayo Saka missed last month's World Cup qualifying successes against Serbia and Andorra with a hamstring issue.
The 24-year-old recently returned for Arsenal and found the net in their victory over the Greek side midweek.
The England international replaces club colleague Madueke, who is sidelined till next month with a knee injury.
England meet Wales in a warm-up match at the national stadium on Thursday before a qualifying match in Latvia on 14 October.
If England win in Latvia, they will require a just two more points from their last two qualifiers versus Albania and Serbia in the next month to reach next summer's tournament in North America.
Bayer Leverkusen defender Quansah comes in for Newcastle's Tino Livramento, who is sidelined for two months after suffering a knee issue against the Gunners last weekend.
Anderson and Spence, who earned their first England call-ups last month, keep their spots. Ruben Loftus-Cheek also remains in the squad, despite the return to fitness of Wharton.
Saka has featured in just one game for Tuchel since he became national team boss, because of injury concerns.
Bellingham missed the last England international camp as he recovered from a shoulder operation and has only made a single start for Real Madrid after coming back to fitness.
The Manchester City player was omitted from the coach’s previous selection following a dip in performance and has been unsuccessful in returning, even with a impressive beginning to the campaign with Manchester City.
Grealish also misses out despite a resurgence on loan at Everton. The 30-year-old has not featured for England since last year.
